White-label link building for agencies is editorial ecommerce placement work delivered under your brand. Your clients see your process, your PDF, and your account lead. They do not see our firm name on reports. What they must see are publishers you can defend when a skeptical SEO asks why a referring domain exists.
This offering is the agency-facing delivery layer of our ecommerce link building services. The underlying placement standards match what we run for direct ecommerce programs. The difference is reporting, communication cadence, and multi-brand capacity.
Who this is for
- SEO and digital agencies that sell ecommerce retainers but lack in-house outreach capacity
- Agencies that inherited marketplace or PBN footprints and need a cleaner forward profile
- Multi-brand operators and holding-company SEO teams that need split target maps
- Consultancies that want pass-through replacement terms written clearly enough for an SOW
Who this is not for: agencies that need 20 DR 50 links at commodity prices, teams that refuse category-first targeting, or partners who want us to match a junk inventory shape because a competitor already sold it.
Delivery model
Reporting
You get:
- A shared sheet with live URL, target page, anchor, DR, estimated organic traffic, date live, and indexation status
- A monthly PDF summary of new placements, losses, and cumulative referring domains
- White-label versions with your logo and no mention of our firm
Your account team should be able to open the sheet in a QBR without redacting vendor columns.
Communication
Status cadence matches your client meeting rhythm: bi-weekly on pilots, weekly or bi-weekly on multi-brand programs. We can sit behind your Slack channel or email alias. We do not cold-email your client unless you explicitly introduce a three-way thread.
Publisher standards you can show
We document the threshold stack: topical relevance, organic traffic floor, outbound hygiene, indexation history. Raising the traffic floor from 1,000 to 5,000 monthly organic visits routinely adds 20 to 40 percent to placement cost. That conversation belongs in your pricing, not as a surprise in month two.
We reject PBNs, expired-domain networks, and marketplace blogs with multi-advertiser outbound footprints. If a prospect fails those checks, it stays out of the pitch queue even if it would make the monthly count easier.
Pricing for agency partners
We do not publish a white-label rate card. Partner quotes are scoped to:
- Monthly placement volume and band mix (Essential / Select / Authority)
- Number of brands and markets
- White-label PDF and sheet requirements
- Turnaround and status cadence
Public starting points for publisher floors remain the same as direct work: Essential from $200 (DR 20+ / 1k+), Select from $250 (DR 30+ / 3k+), Authority from $350 (DR 60+ / 5k+). Agency fees sit on top of that inventory logic.
Multi-brand and multi-market rules
Multi-brand work fails when agencies optimize for a combined link count. We allocate capacity by brand priority each month and keep separate target maps and anchor rules. Consolidated reporting is available, but the underlying data stays split so a weak brand cannot hide behind a strong one.
Multi-market English-language consumer verticals fit standard delivery. Non-English markets add localization and publisher research time and are quoted separately. CBD, adult, and online pharma stay on separate compliance quotes.
Placement mix agencies should expect
White-label does not mean guest-post-only. A healthy month for an ecommerce client usually mixes:
- Editorial guest placements for category and guide URLs (volume backbone)
- Product roundups for hero SKUs in season
- Resource citations for durable guides
- Digital PR when a story exists
- Reclamation when unlinked mentions are sitting idle
Forcing every client problem into guest posts produces profiles that look identical across your book of business. That becomes a liability when two clients compare referring domains.
Anchor and URL governance
We keep exact and close-match commercial anchors in a minority band (often 5 to 15 percent of new placements by niche). Apparel and supplements run tighter. Your client-facing strategy deck can show those caps. Category and guide URLs usually take 50 to 70 percent of first-quarter placements. Hero SKUs stay a minority until parents move.
If a prior vendor left a 40 percent exact-match profile of weak guest posts, we do not match it. We document the risk and build a cleaner forward distribution.
Replacement terms for your SOW
If a placement we reported drops or loses the href within 90 days, we replace it at no extra placement fee on the next cycle. Removals after 90 days are logged and prioritized, but they are not automatic free replacements. You can pass those terms through. Guarantees that only promise DR X or we replace without covering deindexation or outbound spam inflation after insertion are theater; we do not write those into white-label SOWs.
Onboarding an agency partner
- NDA and white-label reporting preferences
- Client vertical, platforms, and 5 to 10 target URLs per brand
- Current referring-domain baselines and prior footprint risks
- Publisher threshold and anchor caps written for client QBRs
- First 30 days: target map, prospect sample, and reporting template sign-off
- Months 2 to 3: full placement cadence with loss tracking
Initial term is 3 months, then month-to-month with 30 days notice. That protects both sides from one-month vanity reads.
What we need from you
- Clear brand priority order for multi-brand accounts
- Fast content approval when drafts require client sign-off (48 to 72 hour target)
- Honesty about prior PBN or marketplace usage so we do not fly blind
- A single agency owner for scope changes
Agencies that rotate five account managers through the same client without a written target map create thrash. We pause outreach rather than guess when priorities conflict mid-month. That pause is cheaper than shipping links to the wrong URL and explaining it in a QBR.
Escaping inherited junk profiles
Many agency clients arrive with 100-plus referring domains that look dense and commercially useless. Our job is not to match that density with more of the same. Month one documents the footprint risk. Months two through four build cleaner editorial density on category and guide URLs while reclaim recovers any real unlinked mentions. We will not agree to a KPI that requires 20 new DR 50 links at rock-bottom fees if that KPI can only be hit on networks we refuse. Better to reset the client expectation in week one than lose the account in month six when rankings stall.
Starting white-label work
Send your agency name, client verticals, monthly capacity needs, and white-label PDF requirements. We return a threshold document, a sample report template in your branding, and a scoped partner quote.
White-label only works when the placements survive a client QBR. We build for that test, not for a vanity count that collapses under scrutiny.
